My company just laid off 13 people. 3 of them are forced retirement with 6-month pay b/c they are over 65. 8 of them are lazy, unmotivated and unproductive people. Only two of them I thought are good workers but I think management got it mostly right this time.

We had about 180 people at this plant and sales dropped about 15% the last three months.
