There no reason why you need to mix personal consumption item with a product for other to consume that suppose to produce a return. As long as you feel safe with the area, that’s all that really matter. The rest is all about cash flow.

I would say the same for most part of CV too. We looked there before buying in MM. I rather have a house in MM and investment properties over a house in CV. We all have our own taste and priorities.
