In general, They can be stick built up to 4 stories. So buildings that are 5 stories or taller will be concrete and steel. This is stories above ground or parking garage. Technically it can go to 6 stories with a wood/steel hybrid, but cost pretty much dictates that 5 stories or taller is concrete and steel, and below that is wood or a wood and steel frame hybrid.
