Tiny lot backing into main drag, but no Mello Roos or HOA. Not bad, Eugene. Thanks for pointing out that the “office” is often not listed as a bdrm due to having no closet. There are several 4/4 and many 4/3 current listings in UC as well.

I want to add that many homes in UC have been completely remodeled and thus have new drywall in at least 2 out of 4 or 5 bdrms, which wouldn’t have any lead paint residue. Not sure if this is really an issue if the paint was washed with TSP at some point and painted over with latex (assuming lead paint was even initially used).
