Must be some expensive granite and high end pergo wood floor if you think it cost $20k to do that. I’d say more like $7k ($3k for counter and $4k for flooring). BTW, how do you know those stuff weren’t there when they bought it? Listing didn’t mention anything about recent upgrades.
