They are going to lose a fortune, why are they automatically reducing everyones taxes without even being asked to do so? It is too fair and reasonable to be something from the government.

I ran a few properties I am familar with to sample and all of them indicated that they are being automatically evaluated for a reduction and the owner will get the county’s new valuation in July, if they don’t like it then they can ask for a reduction after reading it. In reality, probably only a small percentage would have asked for a reduction in the first place.

It makes me want to say “who are you and what have you done with my government?” Maybe someone has the treasurer tied up and a gun pointed to his head.
