My agent says to sit tight until Oct/Nov when the spring buyers are gone. Then hopefully inventory will swell and with less buyers — prices could drop.
He also told me of some great campgrounds with running streams that (Wheeler Gorge) I plan to head out to. After all the divorce crap, house selling, packing and moving and apartment renting…i am ready for some peace and low tech living. i just wanna put my feet in a stream and smell the forest. no email, no computers, no phones and no frigger harleyssssssss.
My agent rocks. Sure he busts chops on here sometimes but in reality he is a very down-to-earth, chill guy.
