SD R and jpinpb, my calculation didn’t take tax, insurance, and HOA into consideration. HOA is $80/month btw and it doesn’t have MR. If you take those extra expense into consideration, you should take tax credit into consideration as well. Tax + insurance + HOA – tax deduction will add about $150/month on top of the number I’ve stated in my last post. Still well under $2200/month for rent.
