How did you do it?
Was diet the principal solution? What about the gargling with turmeric?
impossible to know since i was improving on many fronts. frankly, i think the daily distilled Myrrh dose really did the trick, along with very low sugar intake. but maybe it was the Neem bark? or the cod liver oil? the water pik? the coconut oil. the 5x a day flossing?

I have never use these products. So many things out there.

i am probably taking weird stuff that does nothing or is hurting me.
the water pik and salt water gargle with 5x a day flossing would probly do the trick
