For Maybeck, after the recent price drop down, there are only $20K incentive for the new release;
For Chanteclair, just sold out the inventory around $650K, hasn’t made new price information publicly yet.
I bet, in year-end sale, the 3000 sqf. will go down to $600K, and you can get any plan3 from 4S builders with $650K.
