I read the complaint. If it’s true and if he can prove his allegations then it’s going to get pretty interesting.

On the other hand, if he was just seeking fair compensation for unfairly losing his job I’d imagine a settlement would have already been reached.

I’ve already seen some lawyers trolling on a couple of boards soliciting insider accounts of misconduct at these lenders. I’m sure there’s plenty of guilt to go around. I’m equally sure that some false allegations will be made specifically for the purposes of profit and/or revenge.
