ParticipantThere is a huge pent-up demand, for the moment, because sellers are still in denial. So indeed they are going to fight over the one guy that drops his price. Expect this cycle to repeat and accelerate until all the pent-up demand is gone.
Then we’ll see what the fundamentals really are.
