    Well, the San Diego county foreclosure numbers are out for Feb:

    Month NODs NOTs

    Jan 3299 1461
    Feb 3212 1398

    How long can these levels possibly be maintained? Yikes.

    Sandicor web site shows 814 SFRs, 403 condos/townhomes, 29 multifamily units, and 57 mobile/manufactured houses sold in January. They say that the total is 1335 (there’s a small discrepancy).

    For February, bubbleinfo.com quotes 1382 resales.
