I didn’t see the option for I didn’t see the option for “Shit sandwich whose die was cast in 1990.”
Although that might be a little late and technically, could even be considered “Shit storm fostered in the 1980s”
or even “Standard middle eastern f-ing mess courtesy of the 1970s”
or “just another CIA f*ck-up from the 1960s.”
Not sure which should be picked.

I think when Iraq invaded I think when Iraq invaded kuwait they “asked for it”, now should we have occupied it for so long (like Vietnam probably not without a long term plan). We did introduce instability to the country so I can see how we got sucked into rebuilding it, unfortunately that did not really work out very good.

Biggest military blunder in Biggest military blunder in 100 years.
I watched the whole press I watched the whole press conference.
My take away is that Tony Blair is quite conflicted. He’s apologizing but not. He chose to stand with Bush, come what may, as a junior partner. Lapdog. “I’m with you, whatever” Poor Tony Blair.
Sounds like Bush decided on war well ahead of time.
