I’m debating about whether or I’m debating about whether or not to use obsured glass on a bathroom window. For some backgorund, our house is on a slope so there would be no visibility through that window but it is along our drive way so someone walking to our back yard could potentially look in. Also, this is a spare bathroom in which we would not normally use for showering, etc.
I’m tempted to go with regular clear glass and use a window covering but not sure if that’s good for re-sale.

I would match with the rest I would match with the rest of the house. I think being consistent with the rest of the bathrooms would bring more re-sale value.
