please -check my foreclosure math!

I tried some really basic foreclosure math here. Its probably incorrect, so could someone comment, please? It looks like the numbers I get are hugely inflated.

I get MLS info from realtor.com & all other info from realtytrac. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of noise because I don’t have better data, and because the searches might not exactly cover the same geographical area (I search on city names, not zips).

I use the following formulae:
total market = mls + auc + new + 40% pre’s
fore’s = 40% pre’s + auc + bo’s

My assumptions are probably wrong. Could anyone correct me?
