When Goldman does it, they’re smarter than everyone else.
When someone else does it, the code is lethal to the markets.

The apts are cut small with odd low ceiling. Build quality is crap b/c the conversion effort was awful.
That said, location is great – backs onto a greenpark but there is a lot of default (unpaid HOAs, low owner occupancy) so getting a loan may be hard.
Also a lot of UCSD students live and party there so it is loud.
If you can get a good price, I think you could rent it pretty comfortably
