I know this area well. I grew up close by.

Plusses; Del Cerro is a nice area, in general well kept homes with good people both young and old. Windmill Farms grocery store near by. Good elementary school. Fairy close to all San Diego has to offer. This house is next to the Neighborhood pool and tennis court. You have to become a member to use it but it is conveniently close.

Minuses; This micro area is the bottom both geographically and economically. and feels that way when you are in the area. The park does not have a real play area for kids except inside the pool area. The rest of the park is open to the public but seems to be full of over grown trees and bushes and does not seem well maintained except inside the club area. I would not want my kids going through the park alone. Being close to I-8, there is quit a bit of freeway noise at night.
