ParticipantWe need a real leader. Not one that is not like forest gump.We have a lot of problems that this leader seems to be ignoring,and it looks like all the problems hit about the same time.Nobody really cares until they lose a job and can't find another one. That is when america will wake up.
Participanti agree. a lot more cars, but not every house is a dump. i have seen a few nice renovations, and condo conversions, also a few brand new houses . But at night it really smells bad , from imperial beach ,the wind travels to the nester area and rots there,like a sewer! im serious . No bars on my rental dump. i have 3 dogs and a big back yard full of crab grass. this area is full of border patrol, and has poor education schools. this area is ok to raise a family but i dont see a turn around in the near future.

You can get a new car after bankruptcy the day after it is dismissed you want to know why because it is like you have no credit obligations I had to file last year because I used credit card money to finance the stock market boom in 1999. This was a disaster I lost all of my money .i see the housing market the same way it like they say people are like herds of cattle. Buy because you can be rich. I only had 30000 dollars in debt I stopped paying my cc bills in 2000. five years after a collection agent came after me even after I sent them a cease and deist letter I got a letter to go down to the Chula vista sheriff department. I was debating about going into bankruptcy ,after hearing the laws were going to change and a court hearing by the collection agent to have my wages garnished. I said the hell with this file. Oh even though I owed all that money in 2004 .I was allowed to have credit again I had about 4000 worth of debit in cc bill’s then I researched bankruptcy and found out all my cc debit can be erased.. I felt bad about the newer cc I had. but I had said to my self they can write it off. Any way rent before you file so your credit doesn’t look to bad. I see a prospective land lord having a renter that has filed bankruptcy and that has a stabile job like working for the govt or state. Cause you can’t file again for a seven years. Bottom line bankrupsy is not as bad as you think. Even though I haven’t checked out the new laws its better than somebody garnishing your wages.

Why do you think we have so many people on welfare.We americans are forced to work and pay for the lazy americans on welfare, and illegal alliens think having a american job is ok.Just picture this. I am in a house and have a heart attack and have to go to the emergency room. Do you know i have to be driven in a ambulance for 15 to 20 miles away from my house. Just because i live 10 miles from the border.
Lets not go in healthcare cost.Or the cost of my Automobile insurance.Hey how about this let get all the illegals here in america to fight in iraq.
If they are to old or young lets have them build a 15 foot concrete wall around america, and keep the construction boom going,cause most of them are the unskilled workers that are going to need assistance when the housing boom ends ,and all the fruit is imported in from mexico.Then they will look in the hills of mexico and ask. ask why the hell did i leave, Maybe i should have gone to india, thats where all the AMERICAN jobs are going.
No I want welfare, free medical, and education and a drivers licence.

I have pitty for you when you get laid off from your job and a illigal is there in line for your old job and takes half the salary. You say yeh right this will not happen. But it does every day. Dont you know they are trying to change english into spanglish.Just look at the president when he tries to speak spanish.

ParticipantDo you know what is the average wage in san diego county? I make 19.00 an hour and im strugging just to pay bills. (rent gas water phone etc.)
