Bonus is guaranteed at this point, just won’t be disbursed until mid-March. Lender doesn’t have an issue with the “freshness” of the funds.
Notice to perform says ” a notice to buyer to perform may not be given any earlier than 2 days prior to the expiration of the applicable time for the buyer to remove a contingency or cancel this agreement or meet a 14C(3) obligation.”
The appraisal was completed today but not delivered to the lender yet.
