Marion – Yes, I love my dog but he is a burden because I’m having a difficult time finding a good rental that will take him. I don’t think I’ll have another dog after him because it’s better to travel light as I can see myself still renting well into 2012 (even though I’m sure I’ll be sorely tempted to buy, I want to wait to see what happens when all of those Option Arms reset).

Navydoc – I’m curious – how do you know without opening the mail that your landlord is current on the mortgage? How would you know the instant a NOD is filed? And how did you get all the mortgage info on your landlord? These are probably dumb questions with obvious answers but I want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Thanks.
