Participant#1 is Silhouette and #2 is Chanteclair. Don’t even consider Maybeck because it does not have a front driveway – it reminds me of Portico in CV with driveway in the rear. As for comparing the looks/styles of the builder John Laing, I think the ones in La Costa are far better looking than the 4S but you have to deal with the I-5 and San Marcos school district. Good luck and let the forum know what kind of incentives or price reduction the builders willing to concede.
