It seems impossible to time the real estate market; bottom or top. I’d rather bottom fish stocks than real estate. At least with most stocks I can get out of my position instantly.

sdchrisParticipantThanks for the advice, Jim. It’s looking like more work than I want to invest. I’d rather do more due diligence on stocks than on real estate, something of which I know nothing.
I will also check out that fidelity site. Like you said, it may just be useful to gauge which properties might go on the market and how much to price them at.
