I often walk past this house & was always amazed that occupants were on the sunny side of 30 with multiple high- end autos (all with Alaska plates) and constant in-progress renovations! The past few weekends, occupants were loading massive move-it-yourself trailers with their possessions.
Perhaps I’m wrong but I thought initial flyer had price range listed from 3.5 to 4.5.
