I mean, are you bitter that your rental turned into a foreclosure last month and now you need to move? Did I not forecast that months ago? Wait, since your old place is already PENDING as of two weeks ago, are you, perma-renter, actually BUYING?

ParticipantBy roommate I didn’t mean stranger, that wouldn’t be worth it. I only meant if he is 29 and single, surely he has friends that are currently renting, and having them move in (even if just for a year or two), could help to more easily justify the decision.
