This has got to be some kind of record. I just got a referral for someone up in Murrieta with a 3300 sq ft McMansion. They are selling for about $230K which works out to $70/sq ft.
Needless to say I wont be wasting my efforts on that market.
Can anyone beat $70/sq ft?
Gotta be in the Mapleton area or the area just west of the airport. Stuff in Murrieta is much cheaper there.Don’t know the deal here, but looks to be a short for $55/sq ft.

ralphfurleyParticipant
sdengineer have you been to Texas? …
Kudos for defending TX. Though, I’m sure many would agree that any state run by W has it’s share of problems (pollution bad enough to choke a donkey, public school kids being left behind so they would not drop scores during testing years, etc.). IMO, only two good things come from Texas. Ron Paul and Lyle Lovett.CA voters are idiots. They want everything and don’t want to pay for it. The ballot measures that passed last election are proof of that.

ralphfurleyParticipantI’m sure they are ticketing more and collecting more revenue for the city. Times are tough and people are always breaking traffic laws in one way or another. Easy money to collect from people.
I’ve noticed more cops around my neck of the woods. And if it’s a motorcycle cop, forget it. You’re getting a ticket if you get pulled over.
If the “emergency vehicle” didn’t have it’s emergency lights on, then I don’t see the merit in the ticket you got. They are supposed to follow the rules and wait their turn like everyone else. Of course, if they had their lights on and you didn’t give “right away”, then you’re screwed.

I’ll add that instead of putting in speed bumps every ten feet on every damn block, the cops should just enforce the damn law.
