I would expect few are buying T.V. Mc-mansions as long term rentals, more likely they are just either planning on renting them out a few years until T.V. grows up or plan on moving later (ie.. retire in T.V. in a few more years).

Maybe I misunderstood, but why would one retire to T.V. and live in a McMansion? What 65+ year old couple needs a two story, five bedroom house, with stairs to climb every day? Guess there are a lot of people with better knees than me out there.I hope you’re right about things turning around and being over the hump in this recession, but I just don’t see it. Are we taking all the right steps to shorten this mess? Or is the government dragging things out?
Sign me up for one of those Chinese electric cars though. That sounds promising. I’ll just have to watch out for FLU’s SUV.

ParticipantAnyone else else notice he managed to hit everything except his cell phone? He missed his calling as a little league coach.
I wonder when we would see massive civil unrest. At 20% unemployment? Or 30% like the guy says.

It would be nice to pack all of these things into a boat in case there is a flood, and it would be really nice if the boat was space-worthy in case the magnetic shift of 2012 destroys all of earth. You never know what might happen.[/quote]
Funny clip. Kept getting better and better. I enjoyed the sushi part. πralphfurley
