wow, looks like some soul (TUMBLES??) just entered into a contract to buy Crystalaire… that is the one that needed tons of work to get it ‘moderized’. at the low end of asking it is still $320/sq foot (well above others that are active in the area). heck, even at 750k it still is above market versus other del cerro view homes. will be interesting to see where this one closes!

poway_sellerParticipantno, not an REO. 90 days is not long at all. it’s 1900 sq feet, so perhaps that is why it is not selling? paying 4% commission to buying and selling agent… looks like seller has almost 1.1m in loans… so could be getting close to NOD (speculation). buyer bot it in aug 2006 for 1.34m, it sold for 1.177 in 2005, and 890k in 2003. owner just obviously wants out! great rental for UCSD students, but at the purchase price you can’t make money as a rental…
