Can you quantify that, some advisors have minimums. Are you talking about <$250k, <$100k, >$500k, or >$1m. The good ones I know have min >$1M.

Rich, can you create a POLL of some kind so all of us could select our current “Status” as homeowner, renter, etc.

or perhaps, homeowner, renter, 0-3 months to homeowner, 3-6, 6-12, 12-24, forever renter, etc… so we can get a gauge on where the group stands (doesnt have to be able to id anyone, just a generic poll).
