Paddy: It’s not vitriol. These are simply observations that have come from life experiences.
I guess I’m a little old-fashioned in the sense of expecting folks to have a work ethic, be somewhat stoic in the face of adversity and learn to adapt.

EEhhh (buzzer ringing )Off point again Allan.
This post is about asking Jeff Bridges to dump the Hyundai ads.
You just lost two more points and you were already running a major deficit. No bailouts on this forum.
Don’t need no Saltpeter. You are wasting valuable time.
Go here and re-group.

Wow, someone sound desperate. Sounds like those Realtors in 2007 harping “it’s a great time to buy”, hoping sheeple will follow them.
Sorry. Off topic again Allan. You have run out of chips and, thanks to Rt.66, your point of view died about 20 posts ago. It’s just the nervous system keeping you alive now.
Your only option to stay in this game now is for you to come up with a POSITIVE SOLUTION for the future of the American blue collar worker that does not require him or her to settle for third world wages.

Time for Jeff Bridges to bail out of the Hyundai ads. Buck forty nine a gallon gas for a year ain’t gonna cut it. GM wins.

There you go again Allan.Totally off point, full of negativity, self-righteousness and vitriol. And, as usual, no positive solutions.
Why not calm down and channel all that anger into something constructive.
Join me in graciously asking Jeff Bridges to relinquish himself as spokes person for Hyundai and dance with the date that brung him.

You might find it therapeutic.
Aren’t you the angry one? Asking someone to quit their job because it doesn’t line up with your thinking is pretty angry sounding to me.Constructive criticism and realistic advice is not off point, negative, etc. It’s reality. Even in nature, the animal kingdom knows about survival of the fittest.
Allan: Thanks to you I am having the time of my life. You just keep digging yourself into a deeper hole and it sounds as though the spittle is building up in the corners of your mouth.
Take a deep breath and have a cocktail with your favorite selection from the animal kingdom.
Then go to this link and humbly ask Jeff Bridges to flush the Hyundai voice-overs and climb aboard the bus with the winning team.

…It’s like when black kids complain that the SATs are racially biased and, as a result, their scores are lower. Do you know what Asian kids do in the same instance? STUDY HARDER.
