Yep If I remember right and these are the same models, you could have gotten a new one in 2002/start of 2003 for about 350K, We almost got one of these for 357K, three story 8 bedroom 5 bath etc…. mid 2002 time frame.
About 800 SQF was the third floor, was more like an attic with carpet and two windows (good for storage I guess or maybe a big closet).
decided on something more practical .

ParticipantThe only thing I would add is this place maybe looking like a good retirement/investment community for someone from L.A. or O.C., who are looking to move into something nicer than the 40-50 year old L shaped match box they are currently living in that they can still sell for 5-600K in L.A. and O.C. area’s (and I am not talking about nice area’s here that anyone who did not have to live there would if they had a better option).
Really is Living phoenix or Vegas a better option ???
This I think could maybe hold the area flat for a while, at least until L.A. RE looks like Temecula’s RE market.

ParticipantRustico,
Don’t forget to add Ducks in the “Tilapia pond” .
Should be able to get maybe 50 pounds of Duck Meat a year out of a good size swimming pool .
