As bad as things look in the housing market now, someday things will turn around, There will be a whole new crop of twenty somethings looking for a home in 5 or 10 years.
At some point you will need to decide to get on the Ferris wheel or get out of line and give your ticket to someone else.

ParticipantI am not at home today so I don’t have the model number handy, it’s 25 cf though I remember that, it was on sale for $699.xx , Home Depot/:Lowes sell the same model for $999.xx , that’s maybe why they were so busy at pacific sales, it was a three day sale though, but maybe if you ask nice …
It is real stainless steel not the fake stuff, looks nice in the house and it seems to work so I am happy.
