Another closed deal. Same plan in the same area as the two properties mentioned above. This house is almost identical to the Raven Ridge house as it is also backing to CalleCristobal. It is in slightly better condition but probably shouldn’t be $43K more, or $53K more if we are taking in the $10K cash deal that the Raven Ridge buyer got from the bank.

7.5 gallons * $3.9/gallon = $29
A civic will reduce that by half, a prius will reduce it by 66%. Of course, you have a better chance of surviving in an accident with a Tahoe.

Most gas in California comes from the same regional terminal. I know a corner in OC where the same gas delivery truck stops at ARCO and then Shell.

Credit card companies charges about 2 to 3%. By not using credit card, Arco saves about $0.10 a gallon right there.
