It’s not a necessity. I can afford 2400/mo but would prefer for my mortgage to be more like 1650 + get a roommate so I have some cash to invest / save.

It’s not a necessity. I can afford 2400/mo but would prefer for my mortgage to be more like 1650 + get a roommate so I have some cash to invest / save.
