Yes, San Diego is in a MAJOR bubble due to low inventory. Banks are intentionally holding back large amounts of off the book foreclosure real estate to drive up speculation and prices. Look at how much people make. A couple makes low income for the high prices.
Only thing I like about Trump is how he is calling out the many crimes of Hitlery. Still, I cannot vote for any of them. All corrupt and dirty in one way or the other. I will probably file a protest vote in favor of Mickey Mouse as POTUS and Kermit the Frog or Miss Piggy as VP candidate.

With that said, I have nothing against other culture and even like ethnic foods and music. I’m just not crazy about racist discrimination whether it be from an Indian, Chinese or Mexican.
