ParticipantI purchased a 1800 sq ft new 2008 house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in west part of Santee. I paid about $400K. My house is just like the one on the pictures below.

ParticipantStandard Pacific houses are nice but they are too close to each other and most of them are townhouses without backyards. I felt very cramped when I went there to check the area. Also, they are too far east.
I prefer Priest Prospect Glen houses because they are detached houses with backyards and they are closer to the freeways and to the Santee Mission Trail park area. They also come with 20 years of builder warranty.
