Nothing against my fellow Piggs, who are a pretty smart, well-read group of people. But I have seen some knock-down bare-knuckled flame brawls here.

I’m starting to give up on the idea of buying now, though, unless prices fall enough so a 20-year mortgage is feasible. I mean, I’m 41 now. Why buy when the house wouldn’t be paid off until I’m in my mid-70s?
