    It will affect your score when you start having these cards canceled. Scores lower because it “appears” creditors are restricting or cancelling your accounts because you are a future risk for default. I took an in depth course on the A to Z’s of credit from a lady who has been doing credit consulting for high powered and high net worth individuals for 18 years. The stuff I learned is pretty amazing.

    “Since Everyone” is doing it must mean everyone is right…oh yea…I forgot maybe I will go buy one of these tomorrow. Typical Realtor talk…dumb. I bet you were saying the same thing two, three, four, years ago…there not making any more land..better get a place before you miss out…

    Here is a question for you Mr. bring data guy…your smart enough for this one…what effect is job losses going to have on home prices in 9 months? How about almost everyone I know getting pay cuts of 10 to 15% at major corporations, bonuses cut, on and on…..oh yea….but everyone is doing it….dumb.

How about almost everyone I know getting pay cuts of 10 to 15% at major corporations, bonuses cut, on and on…..oh yea….but everyone is doing it….dumb.
