The lots are huge and I believe Cornerstone will work a deal with any buyer. We are currently in escrow at another project in Stonebridge. IMO sales will be slow due to the economy. Any buyer should set a target of less than $200.00 per sq. ft. out there.

LocalguylocalguyParticipantI agree that another dip in the interest rate will be the incentive to buy. I also agree that there are quite a few people just holding tight with their money. We just put a new home under contract. We have decent jobs, good credit, and a great down payment.

You really need to let the agents use the lockbox. Further, if you are serious about selling your home, make sure you stage it and make it look like a model home. We repainted, de-cluttered, and staged the house in one week. After 5 days on the market we had a full price offer, now in escrow, and a full price + as a back-up offer. We had to only endure five weekdays and one Saturday of showings. We have a 8 month old and a teenager, and we alternate days off so someone is always home. You need to stage the house.
