ParticipantWhat’s up with KB builders in PB??? They are the builders who buy lots and put up 4 units of townhomes…..They are building all over PB like crazy and haven’t slowed down….Does anyone know if they are selling and what this guy’s deal is??? All his units look the same – stucco, view decks, etc..It is like he has a formula, but I can’t see this contuing much longer…..

ParticipantYou might want to get another agent….Although you can’t really argue with being pre-approved as you can maybe jump quicker on a property, especially foreclosures….But his attitude is that he doen’t want to put in the effort unless there is a high probablility of a commission….
I would ditch him and remember that there are alot of other agents out there who have alot of free time on their hands…..It is your money.
