Maybeck – Love the layouts and love that the garage is on the back of the home. Dont like the fact that the yards are super tiny.
Chantaclair – hated the layouts – one of them you walk into a living room and through the kitchen to get to the backyard and family room. Not very functional imo. Did like the location up on the hill but it borders Alva (Open land on the hill- more prone/closer to open brush wildfires)
Pienza – havent toured
I wish builders would put garages on the right or left end of a home and build homes right to left instead of back and forth deep, like you see on the east coast. I know that they want to maximize the builds on the land space so going wide isnt practical.

Thanks for the fire map. Its a draft but if thats finalized later, it looks as high risk firezones include scripps, Western RB, escondido, Carmel Valley/ Sorrento, Del mar, parts of hillcrest and northpark, Mission valley etc etc etc.
