The Lakes = More traffic on Camino Del Norte/ Del Sur. I really wish they made the entire route from the 15 to the 56 two lanes.
There is a major temp difference in 4s vs Carmel Valley. 4s unless you are on one of the higher lots, you dont get breezes. Its Hot in the summer.
If 1mill was my pricerange, I would keep an eye on POint Loma/ OB (Sunset Cliffs Area) CV and RP/ Santaluz areas. I would also be patient.

Saw this one today on the 56 in CV – Some douchebag has one of these 3 series BMW from 1998 with the windows fully tinted and an M series tag on the back. I should have bumped him – the car would have exploded. (http://www.castlegarage.com/Car%20Pictures/Hatchbacks/6.JPG)
Love the people that tag their riceburners with false credit, love the F-18 wings and the mufflers that are totaly obnoxious. There should be a good samaritan law that anyone is allowed to stuff bananas up those stupid shitbox’s whenever possible.
