HuckleberryParticipant
From all the news read and heard, has anyone been able to discern if this means people with Alt-A and Option ARMS are going to be able to get out of those to avoid the resets?
So, far I haven’t seen nor heard anything about this program being used for exotic mortgage refi’s.

HuckleberryParticipantSo, I guess those of us waiting on the sidelines will never be able to afford homes in nicer So. Cal. neighborhoods like La Jolla, PB and Bay Park. Thanks Obama, you shit!

HuckleberryParticipantPeeps that have watched PB, Mission Beach and So. La Jolla through other downturns…
Do you have opinions on how long PB can hold up against these market forces?
Any opinions on further percentage decline from here?
I’m trying to discern where (in the time cycle of downturns) the historical “stickiness” looses grip in these areas.

HuckleberryParticipantI didn’t realize the Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan excluded exotic mortgages, is this correct? So, nobody with Alt-A, pay-option, or jumbos can use this program to refi?
This makes a HUGE difference in the coastal areas!
