HobieParticipantI heard the same sales pitch in a different development. “Assessments will go down in a couple of years after the reserves have accumulated.” Didn’t happen. CC&R’s state up to 2% increase without voting. And that’s just what they did. Gotta watch the management company and the vendors.
Since there is no pool, I’m guessing the $300/mo is for landscaping ( private roads?). This never goes down in cost. As the plants mature, it takes more man hours to maintain. Not to mention the increasing cost of water.
