ParticipantI pretty much see things the same way, mercedes. I’d just add that builders clearly ramped up aggressively to meet speculative demand, and housing construction has a certain inertia to it, so it takes time to ramp back down again.
Actually, that applies to commercial real estate as well. It’s so strange to see new buildings go up and sit empty, but that’s the nature of the beast it seems.
