    Sooo our rating is NOT bad because we owe too much and cannot pay our bills without incurring yet more debt, but because of the tea party?

    Our govt is lucky I am not on the rating board, because frankly I doubt there is any way in hell we ever repay our debts and stay solvent.

    I am firmly on the side of Soviet style bankruptcy when it comes to the US and most EU countries.

    We have too many entitlements and history has demonstrated over and over socialism does not work and like it or not we are a socialist nation. We have become the nation of ask not what you can do for your country but what your country can do for you!

    It is possible we are still years from default, but we are definitely heading that way.

    It is a fact we are unable to pay our obligations without incurring further debt.

    Just make sure it has a large pool, grounds and a gatehouse along with 8 or 9 bedrooms, a ballroom and beautiful tapestries. Oh and a library …

    Anything less and whatever the going “price” you are not getting a million dollar house.

    With all the pressures of life and the sheer complexity of our brains, I am almost surprised more people don’t go postal.

    I tend to see individuals like this as people with a screw loose, or in scientific terms “nutcases”. This would include Timothy McVay and the Unibomber guy, probably throw in Manson for good measure and the nightstalker while I am thinking about it.

    I am 100% convinced that this individual is a raving loony with a broken brain. It has happened before and will happen again. Probably more as things get more stressful in our world.
