Good God. More taxes and expenses right now? Global warming or not, nuclear winter which will most likely ensue from a massive economic collapse will most certainly be worse.

GHParticipantHaving spent some time in 4S Ranch, I can definitively say it is a train wreck which has not yet happened. The area up by the new High School is still pretty nice, but the area in the valley is under huge economic strain. Walking around there my wife and I heard no less that three huge marital fights going on in just one mile. Personally I would spend some time up there and forget what the realtors have to say. It is BAD there!!!

GHParticipantThis has also been my experience. I have been laid off since November, and have the sense very few positions are chasing a lot of would be developers. I actually have an active lead at a good San Diego company where I was referred by a friend so with luck I will be back at work soon.
