You mean help me by drawing the plans? I could do that, I think the guidelines are what are going to screw me regardless of how nice the plans are. Help with that now.. would be great! I would hate to spend money on fancy plans to not be able to do it.
The wooden ramp thing is funny, a guy down the street has done what I want to do, but he just put a pipe in front of his curb so water can get through and then made a concrete addition in the gutter..
