The builders are getting away with murder. Sometime ago,someone posted the phone numbers on this site of all the builders with a suggestion that we call then and protest this extra tax. In some areas like DEL Sur and San Elijio Hills the extra ” tax ” is a mini mortage.
I say its time to protest these. Its also time to have your prperty taxes reappraised because of declining home values.
