Is this to say that if there isn’t enough commission on the table for the agent representing a potential buyer, they are less likely to show the property? Pardon me if I have misunderstood, but that seems to be what you’re saying; I offer my apologies if I have misunderstood.
If that is the case, it would indicate that many agents may be more concerned with him/herself (“terribly self-interested” I think is the term you used in a later post in this same blog,) than with what may be a great deal or opportunity for the buyer they are representing.
